This page says what this site collects and what happens to it. It describes what the site actually does rather than what a policy template would say, so if something here is wrong, the site is wrong and not the page.
- Who holds it
- Heritage Luxury Real Estate L.L.C, trading as Heritage Properties, of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade licence 1166883, RERA broker registration 34708. Write to ak@heritageproperties.ae about anything on this page.
- What an enquiry form takes
- Your name, phone number, email address, the city you give if you give one, and what you write in the message. With it we record which form you used and the page it was on, the address your request came from, the browser you used, the language of the page, and where your visit came from before this site, meaning the site that linked you and any campaign tags in that link. A score is worked out from those, to tell a real enquiry from an automated one.
- Where it goes
- Into a database we run on Supabase, and by email through Resend to the advisors who answer enquiries. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Nobody else is sent it, and it is never sold or used for advertising.
- How long we keep it
- Until you ask us to remove it. Nothing in this site deletes an enquiry on a timer, and we would rather say that plainly than name a period we do not yet enforce. Ask and it goes.
- What the site stores in your browser
- One cookie remembering the language you chose, which lasts a year, and one note of where your visit came from, which lasts until you close the tab. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics and no tracking pixel on this site at all.
- Asking for a copy, a correction or removal
- Email ak@heritageproperties.ae from the address you used, or call the number in the footer. We will tell you what we hold and remove it if that is what you want.
