About Heritage Properties

Abdulkader Jizi

Founder and CEO

Abdulkader founded Heritage Properties and handles every prime sale himself. With six years in the Dubai market he built the developer relationships behind the company's ranked Emaar desk, and he prices on registered Dubai Land Department sales rather than on asking prices.

He is the first call for owners who want a private sale and for buyers briefing us at the top of the market.
