Hector Cruz

Hector advises buyers and sellers across Dubai's prime communities, from Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Hills to District One, and on off-plan launches from the developers Heritage works with.

He leads the company's data work, so every recommendation comes with the registered sales behind it.
