Trump Tower is an off-plan development by Dar Global in World Trade Centre, Dubai. Prices start from AED 2,700,000 on a 20 / 70 / 10 payment plan, with handover scheduled for Q4 2031.

Trump Tower is sold under the Trump name, with the residences run by The Trump Organization, under licence. The Trump name is licensed to hotels, golf courses and residential towers. In Dubai it has been on the Trump International Golf Club in Dubailand since 2017. What that means for an owner.
