About Dubai Properties
Most of its stock is completed and trades on the resale market, from JBR's beachfront apartments to townhouses in the Dubailand villages. Heritage lets and sells in JBR and sources in the Dubailand communities to a brief.
Before any reservation we confirm the project is registered with RERA and its escrow account is open, read what the sales agreement says about handover and delay, and price the unit against the Dubai Land Department's registered sales in the same community, so you know whether the launch price sits above the resale market.
