About Dubai South
Heritage registers buyers for Dubai South releases and sources resales in its completed phases to a brief.
Before any reservation we confirm the project is registered with RERA and its escrow account is open, read what the sales agreement says about handover and delay, and price the unit against the Dubai Land Department's registered sales in the same community, so you know whether the launch price sits above the resale market.
