About H&H Development

Aman and Janu are the two Aman group names in the city, and the Eden House series sells to people who will live there as much as to investors. H&H does not publish entry prices: Heritage takes the figures from the developer directly and registers buyers for each release ahead of the general launch.

Before any reservation we confirm the project is registered with RERA and its escrow account is open, read what the sales agreement says about handover and delay, and price the unit against the Dubai Land Department's registered sales in the same community, so you know whether the launch price sits above the resale market.
