Al Ghadeer is Aldar's community on the Abu Dhabi side of the border with Dubai, off Sheikh Zayed Road at Seih Al Sedairah, roughly halfway between the two city centres. Its first phase of townhouses and apartments has been lived in for a decade; Al Ghadeer Gardens and Al Ghadeer Parks add villas and townhouses with completion published by Aldar for 2030.
