Fahid Island
Fahid Island is Aldar's island between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island, master planned around wellness: beaches on both shores, a beach club that opened before the homes, and a walkable centre of shops, restaurants and schools. Its first residences, Fahid Beach Residences, Fahid Beach Terraces and The Beach House, are under construction with completion published by Aldar for 2029.

About Fahid Island
It is the newest island address in the capital and one of the few where a buyer can still take a first-release beachfront apartment or penthouse from the developer rather than on resale. Heritage registers buyers with Aldar for each release and holds the published prices and payment schedules.
