Dubai Islands
Dubai Islands is Nakheel's group of five islands off the Deira coast, the former Deira Islands relaunched in 2022 with a master plan of beaches, marinas and resort hotels. The first island already has the RIU and Centara resorts and its beaches open; the residential phases, from Nakheel's own Bay Villas and Bay Grove to launches by private developers, are selling now with handovers over the next few years.
