Jumeirah Islands

Jumeirah Islands is Nakheel's gated villa community between Jumeirah Lake Towers and Jumeirah Park, laid out as 46 clusters of villas on interlinked lakes, each cluster ringed by water with a single road in. The villas were built to three plans, Entertainment Foyer, Garden Hall and Master View, in Mediterranean, European and other themes, and a good share have since been rebuilt or extended to their owners' design.

About Jumeirah Islands

It is the established lake community of the Sheikh Zayed Road corridor: finished, mature and a few minutes from Dubai Marina, with the Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse, its pool and restaurants at the centre. Heritage sources lake-facing villas and the larger rebuilt homes from owners and by introduction; little of it is ever advertised.

Yes. Jumeirah Islands is a freehold area, so buyers of any nationality can own property outright and register the title with the Dubai Land Department.
