Emirates Hills is Emaar's gated villa community around the Montgomerie golf course, west of Sheikh Zayed Road beside The Lakes, The Meadows and The Springs. Its plots were sold for owners to build to their own design, so no two villas are alike, and it is where many of Dubai's largest mansion sales are registered.
